About Yolanda
“Art is my balance and documenting my everyday allows me to focus on the little things. As an artist and teacher, I love supporting others in their creative journey. It is my goal to share this creative process and exploration in visual perception. I truly love teaching others to observe and appreciate the tiniest of detail in the vast world we live.”
Yolanda obtained her Bachelor's of Fine Art from Sierra Nevada University in Incline Village, NV. She has taught art to children and adults for the last 25 years. Credentials also include being married to Mr. Adventure and being the mother of two boys.
She is currently teaching in- person and online classes and workshops. She is also the Coordinator for Lake Tahoe Community College Summer Art Program. She works daily out of her home studio in Phoenix, Arizona.
